Lincoln lineman remembered as 'compassionate'

A lineman from Alabama, employed by Stateline, a business contracted by Detroit based DTE Energy, has died while on the job after being exposed to live equipment in the Lincoln Park area. Austin Chappell, 30, was a proud lineman who traveled as far as Detroit, Michigan to restore electrical power for those who had lost it in severe weather.
