Launchpad Alabama has announced that two companies have won its Cycle 2 2023 competition. The finale of the competition, held at Auburn, pitted 11 finalist companies against one another for thousands in new, non-dilutive funding on the line. There were two categories, the early seed stage competition and the concept stage competition.

The University of West Alabama is aiming to provide better primary health care and employment health services for its students, university faculty, staff and their families. As part of this effort, UWA is moving all of its health care operations to the University Medical Center in Livingston after an agreement was signed between the two on August 1.

Auburn duo reels in Bassmaster championship
