We are less than a month before an election and Democrats are looking down the barrel at another round of embarrassing and demoralizing election losses. Endorsements by pro-abortion and anti-gun groups don’t help. But fear not, because they totally relate to Alabama’s voters on the issue of guns. Just watch them over the last week:

7. The world is over in 12 years, according to CNN — It’s over in 22 years, according to the New York Times and they mean it this time — The latest dire warning comes from the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and requires “rapid, far-reaching and unprecedented changes in all aspects of society,” or we may face […]

Democrats have it good. If a Republican started a campaign commercial with this image, they would be mocked by every media outlet in Alabama, CNN would cover it and late night shows would have a blast. Instead, there is almost no coverage of it at all. Why? It’s terrible and reminiscent of another media darling.

7. Unemployment is the lowest it has been since 1969 — The good economic news keeps coming for President Donald Trump as we approach the midterm elections. The unemployment rate fell again and now sits at to 3.7 percent. — Previous months were good, but they were already providing good news. They were better than […]

Radio talk show host Dale Jackson and Dr. Waymon Burke take you through this week’s biggest political stories, including: — Will any investigation into Judge Brett Kavanaugh be enough for his detractors? — Should Senator Doug Jones consider renting in Washington D.C. or does he have a real chance to win re-election after a “no” […]

7. The Ethics Commision obviously drops the case against the Etowah County “Beach House” sheriff because he followed the law — The Alabama Ethics Commission voted to drop an ethics case against Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin, who was accused of misusing public funds “related to food accounts.” — As much as Alabama residents may not like this law, […]

After 10 a.m. CT on Thursday, CNN’s Gloria Borger, a political analyst, declared that the information gleaned from the FBI investigation into Supreme Court justice nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh didn’t really matter and the sexual assault allegations will just be a “Democrats said, Republicans said” issue. She could not be more wrong. This should still […]

7. Democrat lunacy on Judge Brett Kavanaugh is firing up Republican men and women — The enthusiasm gap between Democrats and Republicans is down to two points with Republican excitement up 12 points each. Enthusiasm amongst Democratic women is actually going down. — Other polls have indicated things are moving in the GOP’s favor after the […]

It’s time for the media and Democrats to acknowledge that Democratic gubernatorial candidate Walt Maddox is in the last gasps of a dying campaign. Recent polls continue to show that the Tuscaloosa mayor is down, and down big. ALFA: Maddox – 36% Ivey – 56% NBC/ Survey Monkey: Results from the poll found that 51 […]

7. Amazon decides to raise their wages to $15 an hour, blowing a hole in the argument that government should force it — Amazon is clearly caving to political criticism, much to the benefit of their employees. CEO Jeff Bezos admitted as much, saying, “We listened to our critics, thought hard about what we wanted […]

Long-shot Alabama Democratic congressional candidate Tabitha Isner wants to raise your taxes. Granted, she won’t say it like that. Instead, she will argue we need to end the tax cuts. This argument is quite different than most Democrats were arguing during the debate over these tax cuts, they were arguing that the tax cuts were permanent for business and only […]

7. Alabama’s Charles Barkley says he would stand for the anthem and disagrees with Nike depicting Colin Kaepernick as a hero — Never one to shy away from controversial topics, Barkley spoke about the standing for the National Anthem and asked what Nike is going to next on WBRC’s podcast. He said, “I’m sick of […]

7. Roy Moore has found a new cause to keep him in the spotlight — The failed Senate candidate’s new cause is returning prayer to high school football games after Blount County and other Alabama school systems stopped allowing prayers over the PA system. — The Freedom From Religion Foundation responded to Moore, giving him exactly […]

Radio talk show host Dale Jackson and Dr. Waymon Burke take you through this week’s biggest political stories, including: — Will Judge Brett Kavanaugh ever get an actual vote? — Was Senator Doug Jones ever going to consider voting “yes” on a Trump nominee? — Can Walt Maddox make people care about his candidacy?

7. The Alabama Education Association continues to care about everything but education — The Alabama Education Association is actually complaining about the Alabama Accountability Act because they don’t like that the bill identifies failing schools as “failing,” but the bill only identifies six percent of schools that way, a total of 67 schools out of 1,600+. — WBRC reports the […]

Alabama’s schools as a whole are not good. By any metric you want to use, the state’s schools in totality are near the bottom of the barrel. Yet, in spite of this, the once-dominant entity in modern Alabama politics, the Alabama Education Association (AEA), continues to demand that we maintain the status quo. Charter schools? No. Vouchers? […]

7. Pro-life group pounds Democratic gubernatorial nominee Walt Maddox on his “disingenuous” position on abortion vote — Alliance for a Pro-Life Alabama alleges that Maddox is attempting to do what most pro-life Democrats in Alabama do: mislead the public. — Maddox’s interpretation of the law is incorrect, in the Fair Ballot Commission’s opinion, which is available at […]

There is no way the majority of people screaming about Brett Kavanaugh being a sexual assaulter truly believe what they are saying. If they did, they would not be grasping at absurd straws. They wouldn’t be pretending the lack of a date, time and place proves the allegation to be true. See below:

7. American companies choose immigrants over American labor because it is cheaper — Some break the law — The Department of Labor found that Cisco helped foreigners get visas instead of hiring United States citizens for certain jobs and then paid the foreign labor less than the Americans they passed over. — This is not unique […]

Yes, Walt Maddox, keep doing what you are doing

In a hilarious piece at Alabama Political Reporter entitled, “Walt Maddox has lost his mind,” Alabama’s saddest fake-mad columnist Josh Moon promotes the idea that Democratic gubernatorial nominee Walt Maddox is out there telling the truth to a “bunch of hillbillies” in Alabama. An excerpt from Moon’s column:

7. Republicans who hate polls will love the latest Gallup poll that shows Republicans at their highest favorability in seven years  — Forty-five percent of Americans view the Republican Party positively, which is a nine-point gain from last September’s poll. It is the highest since the party registered a 47 percent favorability rating in January 2011 […]

The Roy Moore-ing of Brett Kavanaugh is complete

If Republicans give in to Democrat dirty-tricks, media misinformation, last-second garbage and Michael Avenatti, they will deserve every single thing they get. Our caretaker junior Senator Doug Jones is not a senator if we aren’t told all the allegations against Roy Moore were “credible,” as long as credible means they all said the same thing. The […]

7. Alabama Congressman Gary Palmer warns Democrats about their attack on the American idea of the presumption of innocence — A narrative on cable news this weekend was developing about how maybe the Democrats have gone too far in their attempts to stop Brett Kavanaugh and even CNN is asking them about it. — Congressman […]

Radio talk show host Dale Jackson and Dr. Waymon Burke take you through this week’s biggest political stories, including: — Will Judge Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed or not based on the he said/she said accusation? — Does Sen. Doug Jones view his issues as a reason to vote against him or as an excuse? — How […]
