Yellowhammer News begins offering breaking news updates throughout the day

 

Yellowhammer News, known primarily for its thought-provoking political commentary and cultural features, announced today that it will begin providing readers with breaking news reports four times daily.

“Most of our articles will continue to be written from the conservative perspective our readers want, and now we’ll also offer them the local and state breaking news they need,” said the site’s editor, J. Pepper Bryars.

The news briefs will come courtesy of the experienced journalists who work for Yellowhammer News Radio Network, including Andrea Tice, J. Holland, Scott Chambers and Elisabeth Chramer.

The Yellowhammer News Radio Network launched in the summer of 2015 and provides local, state and national news at the top and bottom of the hour. It has quickly grown and now includes 26 affiliate stations covering every major media market in Alabama.
