Yellowhammer News to carry articles from prominent Southern Baptist commission

Yellowhammer News will begin carrying articles and essays written by the staff and contributors of the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, an entity of the Southern Baptist Convention.

“Dr. Russell Moore and the staff and writers at the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission do remarkable, thoughtful work, both for the Kingdom and for our culture,” said J. Pepper Bryars, editor of Yellowhammer News. “We believe our readers need to hear what the ERLC has to say, and we’re grateful to the commission for allowing us to bring their work to our audience. ”

The Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, or ERLC, is an entity of the Southern Baptist Convention.

“The ERLC is dedicated to engaging the culture with the gospel of Jesus Christ and speaking to issues in the public square for the protection of religious liberty and human flourishing,” its mission statement reads. “Our vision can be summed up in three words: kingdom, culture and mission.”

The ERLC has offices in Washington, D.C. and Nashville, TN.
