Watch: U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell wants voters to believe he thinks what happened in Texas happened by design

When 19 kids and two teachers were killed at an elementary school in Texas, as usual, Americans called for unity. And, as usual, politicians refused to find some.

U.S. Representative Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) took to MSNBC to imply that his Republican colleagues and gun-owners, in general, let mass shootings happen “by design.”
