WATCH: U.S. Ambassador to Israel records Mike Huckabee playing ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ in Jerusalem

While visiting Jerusalem, conservative talk show host and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee didn’t forget to pack his Southern charm.  During an event with U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman, Huckabee showed off his bass guitar skills by playing ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ for the crowd.

According to Jacob Kornbluh, a reporter for Jewishinsider.com, Huckabee was recorded by the ambassador himself when they both were attending a BBQ in Jerusalem.  Also in attendance were Yair Netanyahu and former White House Communication Director Anthony Scaramucci.

This is not the first time Huckabee has shown off his musical skills while visiting Israel.  On a similar trip in 2017 he was also spotted playing the bass on the streets of Jerusalem.
