Watch: The latest proposal to let people decide on gaming is nothing but an attempt to protect special interests

There is a lot to like in the new gambling proposal by Alabama State Senator Greg Albritton (R-Atmore), but there are some issues with it.

The legislation would allow all sorts of gambling in the state, but the problem comes from how it creates protections for current gambling entities and earmarks the funding.
