WATCH: Nate Oats celebrating Alabama’s thrilling win over Georgia at home

The Alabama Crimson Tide’s thrilling victory over the Georgia Bulldogs over the weekend provided one of the most incredible plays in the history of Alabama football with Ryan Williams’ game-winning touchdown.

There’s not a person who was watching the game whose jaw wasn’t on the floor when the 17-year-old jumped over two defenders to catch the pass, spun around them twice and made them run into each other before accelerating into the end zone all while making it look easy.

You can throw Alabama head men’s basketball coach Nate Oats into that group, as a user on X shared video of Oats in the stands during the play going absolutely nuts jumping up and down celebrating:

Oats can be seen in the black polo and pants, high-fiving every single person around him during what was overall just a phenomenal night for the University’s athletics programs.

Taking in football while he can, Oats is about to get extremely busy as his team gears up for the start of the season on Monday, November 4 when the Tide host UNC Asheville at Coleman Coliseum. With the way the basketball roster looks this season, perhaps Oats can get similar reactions from Kalen DeBoer in Coleman Coliseum once football season ends.
