Watch: MSNBC is still chasing their Watergate moment, but the Mar-a-Lago raid ain’t it

The raid at former President Donald Trump’s estate in Florida has set off quite the stir on cable news and elsewhere, but on MSNBC they apparently think it set us back in time to August 8, 1968.

The comparisons to Watergate and former President Richard Nixon are nothing new, nor are the pronouncements about historic days and how different this “scandal” is. However, they assure their viewers that it is different this time.

Just like last time.
