Guy Reffitt was sentenced to the longest prison term of any January 6, 2021 rioter because he was armed when he went traipsing through the U.S. Capitol that day.

He was undone by his own son, who turned him into authorities. His other children did not seem to do him any favors either as they claimed that former President Donald Trump made him do it and should be facing life in prison instead of their dad.

Reffitt made this dumb choice, and he deserves his jail time.
