Alabama politicians and candidates for office are readily speaking out against the culture wars being fought in classrooms on the racial and sexual battlefronts both in Alabama and beyond.

A fight over Critical Race Theory is happening right now in the Alabama Legislature, and some lawmakers want to follow Florida’s lead in dealing with the parents’ rights in education in regard to sexual matters.
