Alabama football and a Yellowhammer cocktail is a beloved combination by many fans who have ever spent a game day in Tuscaloosa.

With College GameDay in town for the biggest game of the year, the owner of Gallettes, Jeff Sirkin, along with two of his bartenders and actor/comedian Druski, were featured on a segment of the show walking the GameDay crew through what is included in the iconic drink:

“It’s our signature cocktail that we make,” Sirkin said when asked to explain the famous Yellow-cupped deliciousness. “It’s a rum-based cocktail with pineapple juice, orange juice, and a couple of other things that we like to keep close to the vest.”

Druski sipped the beverage to the delight of the crowd, saying “that’s good stuff” while offering a cheers to Sirkin. It’s safe to say that College GameDay this weekend truly got the full Tuscaloosa experience, something that, for many, couldn’t be complete without an ice-cold Yellowhammer.
