5 of Alabama’s top 10 most stolen vehicles in 2013 were pickup trucks, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau, including the 1997 Chevrolet full-size pickup, which tops the list.

6. Dodge Pickup (full size) – 11,347 thefts
7. Dodge Caravan – 10,911 thefts
8. Jeep Cherokee/Grand Cherokee – 9,272 thefts
9. Toyota Corolla – 9,010 thefts
10. Nissan Altima – 8,892 thefts
