According to the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH), one case of measles has been confirmed in an infant in St. Clair County.

WBRC reported that ADPH made the announcement Thursday after the department the day previous said there had been no confirmed cases of measles out of 174 closed investigations. ADPH still reportedly had 32 open investigations on Wednesday.
