Newt Coming to Alabama March 7 | With Updated Schedule

I’ve been sitting on this news for the last week or so and was glad to see the Gingrich Team release the following statement today:

“Alabama Newt2012 Team is pleased to announce a visit by Newt Gingrich on Wednesday, March 7th. He will start in the morning in Montgomery with a big campaign rally. Newt will then head to a campaign rally in Pell City at the Civic Center mid-afternoon. Newt and Callista will be traveling in his trademark campaign bus that many of you may have seen on network news. We need all our chairs to call their volunteers list and see if they can attend the rally and work the events for Newt and the campaign. Details of Speaker Gingrich’s schedule will follow shortly.”

We’ll have details for you as soon as they’re made available.

UPDATE:

Details on Newt’s schedule are beginning to emerge. The following times and cities for rallies were released today. More to come soon.

March 7:
10:30 a.m. Montgomery Rally
2:30 p.m. Pell City Civic Center Rally
6:30 p.m. Downtown Birmingham Rally
