President Donald J. Trump on Thursday afternoon was seen departing Air Force One with former Auburn University head football coach Tommy Tuberville.
Shortly after the plane touched down in Dallas, Texas, Tuberville was invited to board and join the president.
Press pool video captured Trump deplaning soon thereafter, with Tuberville right behind him as he walked down the steps to the tarmac.
They were trailed by former White House doctor Ronny Jackson and U.S. Attorney General William Barr.

Trump travelled to Dallas for a roundtable discussion on race and law enforcement, following the death of George Floyd while custody of since-fired and criminally charged Minneapolis Police Department officers.
Tuberville is battling in a Republican primary runoff against former U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions for Alabama’s U.S. Senate seat currently held by Senator Doug Jones (D-AL). Sessions was Trump’s first attorney general. The president has endorsed Tuberville in the contest and even called on Sessions to drop out.
Sessions on Thursday released a new video ad doubling down on his previous criticism of Tuberville previously being a resident of Florida.
The Senate runoff will occur on July 14.
