Someone found a dead pelican with its beak and feet bound with electrical tape. Authorities believe someone captured the bird and left it to die at Pelican Point (also known as Mullet Point) in south Baldwin County. Not only is this a violation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. It’s also a sickening thing to do. If you have any information on this case, please call our law enforcement office at 251-441-5758. Please share!”
