Tuberville sponsors 'Protect Farmers' legislation

Senator Tommy Tuberville, along with his fellow senators John Boozman of Arkansas and Mike Braun of Indiana are cosponsoring a bill that will exempt family farmers from Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements that would force the farmers to report all operational Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
