Recent statistics show that, on average, 49% of employees nationally say the company where they work is a great place.

Whether that number sounds low or high to you, consider that 92% of the nearly 1,500 current Torch Technologies’ employees, recently reported in secret employee surveys Torch exudes a positive internal culture, making it a great place to work.

The survey is based on employee experience, and their belief that the company has leadership behaviors that have proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

This is Torch Technologies’ eighth consecutive year being recognized for the prestigious Best Places to Work Certification.

During a time when Torch Technologies is looking to hire employees, the award is a beacon to those who are considering changing jobs.

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace.

Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work; 51% more employees say they intend to stay for a long time; and 60% more employees say they would strongly recommend their company to friends and family.

The winning Torch employee survey also said Torch employees are twice as likely to be paid fairly and earn a fair share of the company’s profits with a fair chance at promotion.
