Video published by WAFF 48 News in Huntsville showed a clear picture of an altercation that occurred at a popular Huntsville nightclub and led up to an eventual shooting.

According to a news report also from WAFF over the previous weekend, 31-year-old Kelan Deshaune Lucky was the lone arrest from the incident and was charged with Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Building after police said they do not believe anyone was actually shot during the incident.

The incident occurred on the 100 block of Jefferson Street and two were detained around 2:00 a.m., but only Lucky was arrested after authorities said he pulled out his firearm during the altercation and fired it, but not at anyone in particular. Watch:
