A new NBC poll shows that “threats to democracy” is the top issue for voters heading into the 2022 election, but to get to that result some interesting tactics were used.
Voter concerns over economic issues actually surpass the “threats to democracy” answer if you combine them, and previous iterations of this poll included an option for “taxes and spending,” this poll does not.
The manipulation of polling like this is why people have a hard time believing polling numbers and the media in general.
