Miss Alabama Meg McGuffin had a strong showing in Miss America Sunday night, placing Fourth Runner Up.

But while much of the focus was on the talent and evening wear portions of the competition, McGuffin’s answer to a question in the final round may end up being what she is most remembered for.

McGuffin was asked why she believes Donald Trump is currently so far ahead in the Republican presidential primary.

I think Donald Trump is an entertainer and I think he says what’s on a lot of people’s minds. But I think that the Republican Party should be absolutely terrified of all of the attention that he’s taking from incredible candidates like Jeb Bush and Chris Christie that could absolutely do the job of President of the United States. And if I were a Republican I would be absolutely terrified of that. Thank you.
