Alabama Public Service Commission President Twinkle Cavanaugh has picked up yet another endorsement in her 2024 reelection bid.

On Wednesday, Manufacture Alabama endorsed Cavanaugh and encouraged its members and all Alabamians to support her campaign.

“Throughout her career, Twinkle Cavanaugh has consistently shown a strong commitment to ensuring that Alabama’s manufacturers and businesses operate in a thriving environment. Her extensive experience in public service and deep understanding of energy issues make her the perfect choice for continued leadership at the Public Service Commission,” said George Clark, president of Manufacture Alabama.

“We are confident that Twinkle will continue to champion policies that promote reliable and affordable energy for our state’s businesses while saving taxpayer dollars.”

Manufacture Alabama, the only trade association in the state dedicated to the competitive, legislative, regulatory and operational interests and needs of manufacturers, says Cavanaugh’s deep understanding of the energy sector, coupled with her dedication to fostering economic growth, makes her an exceptional choice to continue serving.

“It has been my privilege to serve the state of Alabama, and I remain committed to upholding the values of reliability, affordability and fostering economic growth. Together, we will continue to work to ensure that Alabama’s businesses have the resources they need to flourish while safeguarding the interests of our hardworking taxpayers,” said Cavanaugh.

“I am grateful for Manufacture Alabama’s endorsement and its dedication to creating jobs-jobs-jobs for Alabamians — I look forward to continuing our shared journey toward bettering the state we call home.”
