Holly Betenbough served as ministry director for Betenbough Homes for 18 years, pioneering partnerships with ministries both locally and globally. Holly’s leadership, guidance, and passion for people have heavily influenced Betenbough Companies’ people-first culture and generous approach to giving.

Today, she provides spiritual covering and training for Betenbough Companies and serves on the Board of Directors. Holly and her late husband, Rick, founded Kingdom at Work in 2016, and together they have inspired and mentored countless other Kingdom-minded leaders and entrepreneurs by sharing their story and passion for the advancement of God’s Kingdom in and through the marketplace.
