Illegal immigrant arrested in Alabama for rape of ‘mentally incapacitated’ 14-year old

According to WRBL, an illegal immigrant was arrested and charged with rape in the first degree of a 14-year-old female in Enterprise, Alabama. The victim, according to court documents, was “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.”

Pablo Mendoza, 23, was arrested on March 25 by Enterprise Police and booked into the Coffee County Jail. He is currently being held without bond pending a hearing.

Upon Mendoza’s case being completed in Alabama, he will be deported.
