Illegal immigrant arrested in Alabama for rape of ‘mentally incapacitated’ 14-year old

According to WRBL, an illegal immigrant was arrested and charged with rape in the first degree of a 14-year-old female in Enterprise, Alabama. The victim, according to court documents, was “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.”

Pablo Mendoza, 23, was arrested on March 25 by Enterprise Police and booked into the Coffee County Jail. He is currently being held without bond pending a hearing.

Violent and sexual crimes perpetrated by illegal immigrants have received substantially more attention nationwide after a young college student in Georgia, Laken Riley, was raped and murdered by a Venezuelan man in the United States illegally while on a morning run.

Upon Mendoza’s case being completed in Alabama, he will be deported.
