GOP delegation credits Trump for strong economy: ‘America’s Golden Age has just begun!’

Members of Alabama’s Republican Congressional delegation are praising President Donald Trump’s job on the U.S. economy after the Commerce Department reported strong growth Wednesday.

Gross domestic product jumped 3% for the April through June period, according to figures adjusted for seasonality and inflation, which is higher than the 2.5% most economists expected.

U.S. Rep. Barry Moore (R-Enterprise) responded to the report, saying this is proof Trump was the right man for the job.
