Capitol Resources, a government relations and public affairs firm with an influential Alabama presence, announced the launch of its new subsidiary, Health Resources. The new company will specialize in health policy consulting and strategic advisory services to advance effective healthcare policies.

Drew Snyder, a seasoned healthcare leader, will lead the new venture. Snyder recently served as Executive Director of the Mississippi Division of Medicaid, overseeing a $7.5 billion program that served over 700,000 Mississippians. His extensive career includes roles as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Mississippi Governor’s Office, Assistant Secretary of State, and legal counsel for healthcare clients in complex civil litigation.

“With our sister companies’ combined services, and our extensive background in healthcare policy, Health Resources is a natural extension of the firm,” said Clare Hester, Capitol Resources founding partner. “We are honored to welcome Drew Snyder at the helm of Health Resources to lead our growing team of experts.”

Health Resources will leverage Capitol Resources’ existing suite of companies — BullsEye Public Affairs and Arc Insights — to tackle healthcare challenges through policy development, consulting, research, and advocacy.

Capitol Resources has a powerful presence in Montgomery. Helmed by the governmental affairs team of Toby Roth, John Hagood and Will Fuller, their expertise supports government relations, public affairs, and campaign strategy for an influential portfolio of clients.
