Over the weekend, two teenagers in Florida were injured in a shark attack, one of them critically and still receiving medical care. Mountain Brook, AL’s Lulu Gribbin received a very special surprise in the hospital just days after losing a hand and a leg.

Rick Karle of Rick Karle Good News shared an image on Facebook of Gribbin being visited by the Blue Angels, famous flight demonstration squad of the U.S. Navy as well as an account from Gribbin’s twin sister on what happened:

Alabama head men’s basketball coach also showed support to Lulu on Twitter after Karle shared a tweet of one of Gribbin’s rescuers coming to visit her:

While Gribbin has been through a terrible tragedy that would shake anyone to their core, the support from some great Alabamians will certainly be encouraging to her.
