The Business Council of Alabama, through its political arm ProgressPAC, has endorsed 22 additional candidates for the Legislature.
This is the BCA’s third round of endorsements in the 2022 legislative races. It includes nominees from both major political parties – incumbents and challengers. ProgressPAC’s full list of endorsements can be viewed here.
ProgressPAC Chairman Kevin Savoy, vice president of Great Southern Wood Preserving, said the endorsed candidates would serve to support a pro-jobs agenda in the Legislature.
“Supporting candidates who are committed to leading Alabama in the fight for more jobs and a stronger business climate in our state is ProgressPAC’s main priority,” said Savoy in a release. “We are proud to endorse a diverse group of candidates who are dedicated to protecting employers, creating opportunity, and moving Alabama forward.”
