Is Bama photoshopping diversity?

Here’s the picture that currently comes up when you visit ua.edu, the University of Alabama’s official website:

Per our policy, students were not inserted or "Photoshopped" into the graduation photo on http://t.co/NeYFmF5ofn. The photo is unaltered.
