Yesterday, the University of Alabama System Board of Trustees announced the passing of one of its own. James "Jim" Wilson III passed after a sudden illness on March 11, 2023.

Senator Katie Britt is unimpressed by Biden's newly proposed budget for 2024. She believes that the President "is completely out of touch with the harsh reality Alabamians are facing everyday of his term."

Alabama among cheapest places to retire in US

Recently, Alabama was ranked the eighth cheapest state to retire in. The study conducted by NetCredit found that the cost of retirement on average in the Yellowhammer State was $536,348 for a 15 year period.
