Anniston school bus caught in shootout crossfire between two youths

Per WBRC, a local school bus got caught in the crossfire of a shootout between two youths in separate cars Wednesday in Anniston.

Thankfully, no children were aboard the bus, which was hit, and the driver was unharmed.

Authorities say the school bus was pulling out of a parking lot when it was caught in a hail of bullets. One of the juvenile shooters was hit and later taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Police are questioning several people about the incident. No arrests have yet been made as of Wednesday afternoon.
