The mystery on Madison’s west side has been answered. Yes, Costco is coming to the Clift Farm development.

“We are thrilled to welcome Costco to Clift Farm,” said Breland Companies CEO Louis Breland. “When we began developing Clift Farm we wanted to bring the best of the best to this site and Costco certainly fits that vision.

“We cannot wait for them to open and begin serving our community.”

This is the second Costco that Breland Companies has developed. The other is at Fischer Crossing in Peachtree City, Ga. Breland has developed several commercial and mixed-use properties across Alabama, Georgia and Florida.

The Madison location is the fifth warehouse in the state. There are Costco stores in Huntsville, Mobile, Hoover and Montgomery.
