Alabama District Judge Under Investigation For Ethics Violation

As reported by ABC 33/40, Cullman County District Judge Kim Chaney is under investigation by the Alabama Ethics Commission.

While details surrounding the investigation have not been released, Ethics Commission Executive Director Tom Albritton made it clear that there is enough probable cause to believe that Chaney violated the Alabama Ethics Act.

Officials have sent the case to the Alabama Attorney General’s Office. We will update the story as new information becomes available.
