Alabama authorities are still searching for an inmate who they say escaped from police custody in Sheffield.
Al.com cites a department Facebook post as saying William Anthony Taylor Jr. escaped around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Authorities say he was last seen fleeing on foot.
