(Alabama Department of Human Resources)

A 3-year-old child lost his life after a reckless Alabama Department of Human Resources employee left them in a vehicle while running personal errands.

Are DHR employees allowed to do this?

Should DHR employees be taking the kids in their care to tobacco shops?

Was it really just a tobacco shop?

What was the employee doing in the hours before the child was discovered?

Regardless, the individual responsible should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, and more information regarding the investigation should be released to the public immediately.
