After months of back and forth, Congress gave final approval to TPA, which will allow President Obama to “fast track” trade agreements—stripping Congress of its ability to amend or filibuster them.
Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), a longtime opponent of giving Obama fast track authority, had a few things to say about it.
