Terror group ISIS murdered 38 people at a resort in Tunisia, and have also taken credit for a beheading in France and a Shiite mosque bombing in Kuwait.
The Department of Homeland Security and the FBI have issued a bulletin warning that the country is under increased threat of terrorist attacks during the upcoming Independence Day weekend.
