100 Dishes to Eat Before You Die: Half-Baked Cookie from Alabama’s Urban Cookhouse

That’s a description of the award-winning Half-Baked Cookie from Urban Cookhouse co-owner Andrea Snyder.

The dessert is included as one of the Alabama Tourism Department’s 100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die.
